When you submit the contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name, optional website URL, service interest, and optional message. This data is sent to us via email and is not stored in a database.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
We process this data to respond to your inquiry (GDPR Article 6(1)(b), pre-contractual measures). We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
4. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for up to 12 months after the last interaction. After that, they are deleted.
5. Third-Party Processors
We use Resend (resend.com) for email delivery and Cloudflare for hosting, CDN, and bot protection. Both are GDPR-compliant processors. No data is sold to third parties.
6. Cookies and Tracking
This website does not set any cookies and does not use analytics or tracking scripts. Cloudflare may use minimal security-related cookies (e.g., __cf_bm) for bot protection.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@faultlinesec.com.
